Keep Macon-Bibb Beautiful also prides itself on educating the community. There is a subcommittee composed of volunteer, retired educators assigned to each Macon-Bibb elementary school. The idea is to educate the community through seminars, presentations in the schools and at civic group meetings and workshops promoted though KMBB programs and to change attitudes and behavior of individuals as they relate to litter, to beautification and community involvement to minimize solid waste.
- Litter Prevention & Recycling
- Behavioral Change: focuses on becoming a better recycler
